My thought on Naija

One of our major problems is that successive government have continually made the populace impoverished and also made us as a people lost a lot of values. It has reached an alarming dimension in which people only want to be left alone to go about their normal businesses at any level below optimal. Struggling, suffering and smiling, and everybody want to be bread winners in their family, buying cars, building houses and keeping a lot of cash , expecting other people to come to us for assistance.

When in actual fact, only few of us can attain this fit. It is in a bid to attain the above scenario that made a lot of people want to know somebody or somebody that know somebody at the top. All this led to the decay we have in all aspect of our economy and complete collapse of infrastructures when people at the top squander our common wealth recklessly.

Larger percentage of our population comprised of illiterates or the so called educated illiterates. The few that are really informed have large percentage of it in the above category., who will rather prefer the business as usual in governance. This is why you’ll see them supporting an obvious illegality and impunity on the part of people in position of authority just for their own selfish interest 

And we still find it difficult to learn our lesson, make a u turn, unite and condemn bad government, demand accountability, prudence and good governance for the betterment of majority of the people. When we attain this fit, individual Nigerians will be better for it.
